Summary: is a side-panel coach for your online meetings (Google Meet and the Zoom web client). During a call it builds a live transcript from the call's captions, shows talk share and speaking pace, and gives coaching cues. After the call it produces a report, and it offers role-play practice and a pre-call brief. Everything supports one purpose: helping you run better meetings.

• Call transcripts: the caption text shown on the Meet or Zoom page, with speaker names as shown there.
• Meeting subject (title): used to choose a coaching profile such as sales call, interview or team meeting.
• Your notes: text you type or dictate, and the questions you ask about the call.
• Documents you choose: if you pick a knowledge folder, excerpts of its files are used to prepare your brief and notes.
• Credentials you supply: your own language-model API key and, if you connect a CRM, its sign-in token.

Summary: We, the developer, collect nothing. There is no server, account or backend, and we receive no data. The items above are handled by the extension on your device. They leave it only if you turn on a feature that sends them to a service you chose.

Summary: Transcripts, notes and reports stay on your device. Text is sent to a language model only if you choose a cloud provider and add your own key.

• Cloud provider (your own key): for Ask the call, the post-call report, notes expansion and role-play, the relevant transcript or note text is sent directly from your browser to the provider you picked. That provider's privacy policy applies.
• On-device option: sends nothing over the network.
• Knowledge folder: excerpts of your documents go to a cloud model only if you give consent for that folder.

• If you connect a CRM, proposes updates from the call and writes nothing until you review and approve each change. Approved changes are sent directly from your browser to your CRM.

Summary: Audio is never recorded or stored.

• Audio channels (optional, started by your click): measures when the call tab and your microphone are speaking, only to tell your speech from other participants'. The audio is not recorded, stored, sent or transcribed by this feature.
• On-device speech-to-text (optional): if you enable it, speech is transcribed locally for calls without readable captions. The model downloads only when you ask for it.

Summary: No site access is granted at install. Chrome asks you for a specific site only when you turn on a feature that needs it, such as meet.google.com for the caption reader, or your CRM. You can revoke access at any time in Chrome.

• sidePanel: the whole interface is shown beside the call.
• storage: saves settings, call records, transcripts and reports on your device.
• tabs: finds your Meet tab, reads its title and URL so the coach follows the right call and knows when it ends.
• activeTab: granted when you click the extension icon; needed before the optional audio-channel feature can measure that tab.
• scripting: injects the caption reader into the call page, only after you grant access to that site.
• tabCapture: the optional audio-channel measurement described above.
• offscreen: hosts audio measurement and the on-device speech and search models.
• identity: used only if you connect a CRM, to run its sign-in flow. The extension never sees your password.

• We do not operate a server that receives your transcripts, notes, reports or credentials.
• We do not sell your data or transfer it to third parties, other than the language-model provider or CRM you choose, as part of a feature you started.
• We do not use or transfer your data for purposes unrelated to the extension's single purpose.
• We do not use your data to determine creditworthiness or for lending.
• We do not use your data for advertising or to build user profiles, and we show no ads.
• We do not use your data to train any AI model.
• We do not execute remote code. All code is packaged in the extension; WebAssembly is bundled only for the on-device models.

Summary: Your settings, call records and models live in your browser. holds no copy to delete on your behalf.

• Extension storage: settings, your API key and CRM token.
• IndexedDB: call records, transcripts, notes and reports.
• On-device model cache: downloaded speech and search models, if you enabled them.
• Folders you choose: if you choose a folder to export transcripts to, files are written there; the knowledge folder is read-only.

Uninstalling the extension removes the data it stores in the browser. Files exported to a folder you chose stay there until you delete them.

• Model choice: use the on-device option, or add your own cloud key. Remove the key at any time in settings.
• Site access: revoke it in Chrome at any time.
• Optional features: audio channels, on-device speech-to-text, knowledge folder and CRM sync are all off until you turn them on.
• CRM changes: nothing is written until you approve it.
• Try without a call: a scripted sample call lets you try everything without joining a real meeting; it is never saved.
